I keep getting asked to write a cook book. The fact is that I hardly make the exact same meal twice and I almost never measure anything. I simply mix and match ingredients that I like based on what I find in my fridge or pantry on any given day.
So, for now, I'm taking photos of some of the stuff I have cooked or ate to inspire you to experiment with veggies, fruit, and other "goodness" to design healthy meals that you enjoy! :)
