I am a New Orleans based scientist studying motivation, behavior modification, and rehabilitative conditioning. I work with private clients with health, fitness, nutrition, and other life goals.
I help my clients in designing their very own, personalized path to well-being and reaching their goals by combining scientific knowledge on anatomy, physiology, and nutrition with motivational techniques and a gentle push to excel. I train with my clients and help them discover the joy of movement while guiding them through a hands-on experience to changing their lifestyle.
Most of my work is with individuals and families but I also work with companies, organizations, and private people setting up fitness programs, motivational programs, or health and motivational seminars. I work with clients at all fitness levels, all ages, and both genders. I also work with people with chronic but stable health conditions (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabeter, thyroid conditions, arhritis).
